On Wednesday, January 23, 2013, the ABM/NAMA Club will be hosting the Ag Industry Social at the Madonna Inn’s Wine Cellar. This event will be held from 7-9 PM and is open to company representatives, faculty, and students. This will be a chance to catch up with Cal Poly Alumni, enjoy hors d’oeuvres, and meet some of Cal Poly’s students and faculty in a more relaxed setting.

The Farm Shop is located on campus at the corner or Via Carta and Highland Drive (building 9, campus map).

DISPLAYS

Size of Tables:

The table provided for your organization will be 8ft x 3ft.

Shipping Displays to Cal Poly:

If you would like to ship your display materials to the University we will bring them to the venue on the morning of Ag Showcase.  In order to do so, ship your items with the following address label:

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Breakfast will be available at 8:30 am in the Farm Shop
Lunch will be available at 12:00 noon in the Farm Shop
Complimentary coffee and water will be available throughout the day

INTERNET & ELECTRICAL POWER

Internet:

Internet will be available inside of the venue. You will be given necessary internet codes and instructions when you register on Thursday morning.

Electrical Power:

Please let us know if you will be bringing any items that require electricity and how many electrical outlets you will need—we will supply extension cords and plenty of access to electricity.

INTERVIEW ROOMS

We have reserved conference rooms and classrooms that will be available for interviewing on:

Thursday : 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
