Masters of Science in Agribusiness

Given the dynamic global, technological, and competitive environment in which agribusiness managers find themselves in the 21st century, the following five objectives/links equip students of this graduate program with the necessary competencies to provide effective managerial and leadership acumen for agribusiness firms:

1. To Develop communication/leadership skills and competencies
2. To Develop an understanding of the global marketplace
3. To Develop quantitative methods/technological change
4. To Develop critical thinking/problem solving competencies
5. To Develop independent thought and research methods

Prerequisite Course Work:
Intermediate Microeconomics (e.g. AGB 213)
Macroeconomics (excludes economics survey course)
Statistics
Business Calculus/Calculus (~Math 221/Math 141 or equivalent)
Graduate Record Exam GRE General Exam (50 Percentile or Higher)
