We are looking for a driven individual who has a passion for the agricultural industry. This candidate would also have an interest in seeing the packaging process from start to finish. The ideal candidate would put their problem solving and time management skills to the test while working within a fast paced work environment as they would be handling the end of the packaging process.

Job Description:
○ Record and calculate outgoing fruit from production line
○ Monitor and document outgoing pallets to inventory and shipping
○ Ensure produce packaging requirements are achieved
○ Generate grower pack out reports
○ Audit program inventory with physical inventory
○ Prepare work area for next day’s shift

Job Requirements/Skills Preferred
○ Pursuing a BS in an agricultural related major
○ Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred
○ Be able to lift box(es) up to 30 lbs
○ Able to work in both room temperature and cold storage (32-34 degrees) environments ○ Able to work long shifts during harvest, possibly work 6-7 days a week
