The paid internship opportunity will include a higher level to farming theory, equipment, and cultural practices and projects for approximately a twelve (12) week period of time. The internship will offer general experience in various company departments associated with the development, production, post-harvest handling, and marketing of company products. In addition, the internship offers in-depth experience to the overall production operation during harvest season, including various production and administrative personnel, packing processes and materials management, communication and educational programs, and labor management.
