This is an entry-level position which will report to the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will assist with general marketing duties as assigned, but specific areas of responsibility include tradeshow administration, marketing materials development and maintenance, and quality specifications development. This position requires attention to detail, strong writing and communication skills, creativity, organization and flexibility. Applicants should be adept with PowerPoint and Excel, with a willingness to learn platforms including Canva, Constant Contact, Smartsheets, and ESHA.

• Supports tradeshow management, including individual show strategic planning, administration, and on-site set-up.
• Supports development of marketing materials including sales collateral, quality specification documents, digital media, and organizational communications.
• Supports Sales team for customer-specific programs and requests
• Supports product and packaging development, with a general understanding of fresh produce production, modified atmosphere packaging, fresh produce marketing regulations, nutritional data and perishables a plus.
• Reviews and responds to consumer product inquiries.
