Welcome to Agribusiness

Cal Poly's Agribusiness Department is well known for producing future agribusiness leaders.  Our graduates have a global perspective and are exposed to the world's dynamic environmental, political, economic and social environments.  Upon graduation, students have the interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, problem-solving and applied business skills that are required for successful careers with regional, national and international agribusiness industries and the firms and organizations that support those industries.

From information for prospective students to areas for continuing students, from academic advising questions to current Agribusiness news and events, this website is the source for all your AGB needs.

Goal 3: The AGB Faculty will be nationally recognized on an annual basis for their academic excellence.

Goal 4: Provide academic service to students, University, College, and Department.

Goal 5: Provide a stakeholder communication program that strengthen College, University, alumni, and industry relationships.

Goal 6: Increase departmental operational efficiency.

Goal 7: Develop alternative funding sources and generate additional funds for the department.
