We are a family-owned, boutique winery, looking for an energetic individual to join our small team as a Tasting Room/Marketing assistant Manager. We are located in Paso Robles, California, producing 3500 cases and focusing on making premium wines with 99% of our sales being Direct to Consumer.

Our tasting room is by appointment, 1on1, to ensure a high-end tasting experience and create relationship with our guests/members.

The ideal candidate is organized, has strong customer service, sales, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Assistant Tasting Room Manager:

- Provide outstanding customer service, wine education and memorable experience for our guests.

- Work directly with the Tasting Room Manager to ensure proper flow of appointments.

- Complete opening and closing tasks efficiently (schedule, tastings setup, inventory etc..)

Assistant Marketing Manager:

- Assist on all DTC events (parties and dinners)

- Assist on Marketing with social media, email campaigns, website updates etc.…

- Maintain and update our wine club signups

- Assist on wine club release

The candidate will oversee all aspects of running Sales/Marketing for Direct to Consumer with the tasting room and wine club and eventually lead to more responsibilities based on their strengths.
