This position will primarily be based in Oakville, CA at To Kalon Vineyard / Robert Mondavi Winery.

We are seeking an individual who is looking for opportunity to gain experience in the field of Viticulture. This on-the-job experience pairs well for people who are studying wine, viticulture and or wine business. Depending on the skills of the candidate, this role can offer opportunity to improve anywhere from entry level to advanced skills.

This position will assist with the execution of certified organic as well as sustainable viticulture programs in our premium Napa Valley vineyards. Working with the Viticulture and Operations Management Teams to monitor and evaluate viticulture practices including pesticides, fertilizers, crop estimation, data collection, and vine management. This position reports to the Vineyard Manager an provides excellent exposure to the larger world of Grape Management as well additional cross functional collaborators including Winemaking.
