Everflux Technologies is an early stage regenerative agtech startup that makes cutting-edge natural and biological inputs for agriculture, as well as educational programs for farmers and growers. Our mission is to transform the way we farm in America and the world, to work in harmony with nature, grow healthier crops and reverse climate change. Our products deliver superior performance while improving soil and the environment, at a competitive price. They include a liquid biostimulant, an inoculated biochar and a non-toxic natural pest repellent. The methods were invented by a pioneering organic and biodynamic farmer.

Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated, value-aligned and disciplined individual to help drive our online marketing efforts, primarily directed at hemp and cannabis farmers, but also possibly home gardeners. This includes:

• Writing or editing content for our marketing newsletters and blog
• Working on SEO and optimizing our website
• Managing a paid, online advertising campaign (Google, Facebook, etc)
• Managing data in our CRM (Hubspot) account
• Analyzing web traffic and email clicks to optimize strategy
• Conducting research on the latest industry trends
• Reporting to the VP of Soil Science and working with him on social media strategy

Skills & Qualifications
Experience in at least a few of the areas above is a requirement. Experience in any aspects of organic farming or gardening is a plus. The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and skills:

• Driven, tenacious, results-oriented personality
• Organized and meticulous, but is able to adapt quickly to changing situations
• Clear, concise communicator both in speaking and writing
• Able to juggle multiple tasks at once and plan strategically
• Takes a detail-oriented, scientific approach to all tasks
• Open to feedback and advice
• Values and principles-driven, team player
• Pursing a degree in marketing and/ or the sciences
• A passion for organic or regenerative farming, holistic nutrition and/or the environment
• An understanding of the farming way of life and terminology used is a plus
• Basic computer skills, including ability to use MS Office programs, Google documents, Google Analytics, CRMs and other cloud-based software
