Coordinate with other departments including labeling, line management and shipping

Monitor and document outgoing pallets to inventory and shipping

Direct and train employees working within the palletizing area

Ensure produce packaging requirements are achieved

Coordinate orders with shipping department based on inventory and run schedule

Prepare work area for next day’s shift



Job Requirements/Skills Preferred:


Pursuing a BS in an agricultural-related major

Excel/Google Sheets experience preferred

Be able to lift box(es) up to 30 lbs

Able to work in both room temperature and cold storage (32-34 degrees) environments

Able to work long shifts during harvest, possibly work 6-7 days a week
