Job Description:
McConnell Estates Winery is a family owned winery in the Lodi appellation in Elk Grove, CA with 99% of the sales Direct To Consumer. We have a very active wine club and hold multiple events throughout the year to generate sales and new members.

We are seeking a Wine Club & Direct To Consumer Marketing Manager.

This position will handle communications, marketing, events, shipping and everything related to the Wine Club. This position will also develop email campaigns, newsletters, work collaboratively on the website and development of DTC marketing campaigns. The position also needs to expand, develop and collaborate on social media.

Experience necessary include:
• Experience in wine and wine marketing
• Strong customer service, and DTC sales skills
• Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office 365, including Teams, Outlook and Publisher
• Experience with WineDirect marketing software
• Proficient in Graphics Software including InDesign, Adobe, Photoshop
• Expertise with all social media
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, good follow-through
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to lift and carry cases of wine (45 lbs)
• Energetic and self-starter
