Arroyo Grande AG company is seeking a full time or part time office assistant with to work in our busy, yet fun, relaxed work environment.

Ideal candidate must have the following:
• Knowledge of office systems and procedures
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel (MS Office)

Experience with Quickbooks is not mandatory but would be beneficial as you will be using this accounting system for order entry.

Job duties include but are not limited to processing sales orders, shipping packages through FedEx and common carrier, answering phones and transferring calls, fielding general customer service inquiries.
