Ag Showcase Connects Students with Industry Leaders

The 36th Annual Cal Poly Ag Showcase, held Jan. 22-23, 2026, at the Farm Shop, brought more than 85 agriculture and food industry companies to campus, creating one of the largest student-run career fairs at the university.
Hosted by the Agribusiness Management and National Agri-Marketing Association (ABM/NAMA) Club, the two-day event gave students the opportunity to meet with company representatives, explore internship and full-time positions and build professional connections. An industry social held the evening before the showcase provided additional networking opportunities.
Beyond career development, Ag Showcase also supports student success through scholarships. Registration and sponsorships from Ag Showcase this year generated more than $80,000 in scholarships for ABM/NAMA members. The event reflects Cal Poly’s Learn by Doing philosophy, helping students transition from the classroom into careers in the agriculture and food industry.
